About Flyback
Your years abroad should count when you come home.
Flyback (flyback.in) is a network for Indians moving back home from abroad. We're not a travel agency and not an electronics company. Hiring in India still runs on college tags and alumni networks.
People who built careers in the US, UK and beyond come back and find that experience undervalued. Flyback exists to fix that, by matching on purpose and fit, not pedigree.

Why take a job out of desperation when you can take one where you are likely to succeed?
A hiring market in India that reads a career built abroad as clearly as it reads a college tag, and a network that makes the introductions it would otherwise miss.
Hiring is broken
A hundred applications is not a search.
Search "data engineer" on LinkedIn and you get a hundred jobs. Apply to all hundred and you might hear back from two. Most of those hundred were never right for you: the title matched, and nothing else did.
Returnees feel this first. You come back with no network on the ground and a CV written in a foreign vocabulary, into a market that still screens on tags. The thing that makes you valuable, having done the work somewhere that runs faster, is the part the filter cannot see.
So people take whatever comes first. We think the better answer is fewer roles, each chosen for you, and a conversation with the person deciding.

Signals, not keywords
Your discovery call becomes a set of signals: what you have done, what you want next, where, and for how much. Roles are scored against those, not against the words on your CV.

We read roles straight from company hiring systems and career pages across funded startups, global capability centres and growing Indian companies, so a role is on our map when it opens.
Every role with its reason
Each role on your tracker says why it fits and who is behind it. You rate it, and the next batch learns from what you liked and skipped.
A person decides
Models suggest; a person accepts or throws it away. Nothing about you reaches a company without your say-so.
Why we started
Eight years abroad. Then the job search at home.
Dhruv did his MS at Carnegie Mellon and spent eight years studying and working outside India. When the H-1B decision came, he came back. He had the degree, the experience and a decent CV, and assumed finding a good job here couldn’t be that hard.
Turns out it was. Without the right network in India, the experience didn’t travel as well as he did. Flyback is the network he didn’t have.
