Twenty to thirty people, not two hundred
Members of the network who are back or arriving, plus founders and operators hiring for senior roles. Deliberately small. A room of forty strangers is a different and much less useful event.

The job is the easy part. The room takes years.
Nobody warns you about this bit. You land, you sort out a flat and a bank account, and then you notice that the professional life you had abroad, the people who would take your call, does not exist here yet. Getting into the right room is how that changes.

What an evening is
Small, unstructured, and the opposite of a conference.
Nothing scheduled
No speakers, no name badges, no round of introductions. There is enough time for two or three real conversations rather than fifteen shallow ones, which is the entire point.
Invitations go out directly
There is no ticket link. If you are in the network you will hear from us, with the venue, when there is a date. That is a deliberate choice: the room only works if we know who is in it.
The room is downstream of the network.
There is no separate list for events. Everyone invited came through the same form, so the way in is the same way in.
