Why it works
Why do companies in India want people who've worked abroad?
Because you've already done the job at the level they're trying to reach. You've worked inside global systems, shipped to global users and sat in rooms with global stakeholders. That's hard to hire locally and expensive to relocate.
The problem was never demand. It's that Indian hiring still screens on college tags and alumni networks, and a career built abroad doesn't fit the filter. We go around the filter and put you in front of the people who get it.

The discovery call.
A one-on-one conversation where we learn your story: your background, what you’re after, how you work. We check your skills and experience, and this is where we build your signals. Everything after it starts here.
Your job search starts.
Your first week of roles goes on your own tracker, each with the reason it fits and the person behind it. Rate them, and the next batch learns from what you liked and skipped.
Introductions, when they fit.
When a company in our network is hiring someone like you, we introduce you to the person deciding. You choose which conversations to take from there.
There's no fixed timeline here. It depends on the roles active in our network at any given time. We don't promise a match or a date, only that if you're in, we're genuinely working on it.

Most recruiters work for one company's open role. Flyback starts from you: we match returning professionals with companies in our network, and it's free for candidates.
Why is it free?
Employers pay us when a hire works out. You never pay to join, talk to us or be introduced.
What does "vetted" mean?
Nobody is introduced to a company until they've had a discovery call with us and we've reviewed their experience.
Who sees my profile?
Nothing about you reaches a company without your say-so.
Can I join if I'm not moving for a year?
Yes. Tell us your timing on the call and we'll match you when it makes sense.
